Missing Filming

 Today, my group mates will be filming some of the scenes for our film. They will most likely be doing the inside ones today. Unfortunately, I will not be able to film with them. They will be doing it without me. We had multiple filming days get canceled or rained out due to Florida's risky weather. So when three of us could do it today, we decided that it was ok that one of us could not be there. I will be going on a trip today, and be on a plane for many hours. This means I will have a lot of time to think about this project and decide how I will help more because I will not be there today. I will probably do a lot of editing. When all of our scenes have been filmed, I will compile them. I will also put the music over them. Any special effects we want to add, I will add in. I have to learn how to do this, though. The time I have on the plane is a great time to learn. I will research good editing apps and websites. I will also watch YouTube videos on how to edit well. I want our film to be as smooth and professional as possible. So, even though I cannot be there to film today, I will not let this time go to waste and will research editing techniques.

 After a long journey with many ups and downs, our film is nearly to the finish line. Today, my group and I decided that a second opinion on our film would be a great idea. Mila said she would ask her mom to watch. Dara said she would ask her stepdad. Addie said she would ask her dad. Pitching Ideas

 Our group came up with a few pitches for our project: Pitch 1: A little girl's imagination gets out of hand one afternoon. Pitch 2: A girl is doing homework when suddenly she finds a mysterious note left in her book for her.  Pitch 3: A young mom is driving to pick up her son from school, when out of the blue and friend from her past comes her way.  Pitch one is an ideal one for our group, as it can involve girl characters, and our group has four girls. This leaves us options for us to have someone to film, which is good so we don't have to go out of our way to find another cameraman. This, along with the fact that the wording allows for wiggle room, is a pro to pitch 1. However, we would have to take extra steps to find a little girl to play one of the parts, which adds a bit of a challenge, but I think our group is up for that.
